Research has proven that photographic and video views of nature reduce stress levels, helps us be more productive, creative and even helps patients recover faster in hospitals, reducing stress and workload on the healthcare system and saving on recruitment costs. Experiences of natural environments provide greater emotional restoration, lower instances of tension, anxiety, anger, fatigue, confusion and total mood disturbance than environments with limited characteristics of nature.
